Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed that same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

modabay is pleased to ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

After your order ships, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email that includes a direct tracking link and carrier details.

If you have not received a tracking number or do not see tracking updates within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, order processing begins shortly after an order is placed.

• If you need to correct your shipping address or change your order, please reach us within 1 hour of placing it at support@modabay.lat.
• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every order we deliver:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not reached you, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
